Your tasks:

• You will support our insolvency administrators in the handling of insolvency proceedings and the restructuring and reorganisation of companies of all sizes and sectors
• You provide legal and commercial support for the management of ongoing operations
• You negotiate asset deals and other M&A contracts
• You check claims according to insolvency law and assert them.
